Pauline Molyneau: A Journey of Entrepreneurship and Innovation

Hello, my name is Pauline Molyneau, and I am based in the vibrant city of London, United Kingdom. In addition to my entrepreneurial ventures, I hold a diploma in hairdressing with 46 years of experience and am a qualified chef with 31 years of expertise.

With over four decades of entrepreneurial experience, I have built a diverse and successful career across multiple industries. My journey began at the age of 23 when I launched my own hairdressing and beauty salon, which quickly became a thriving business. By the age of 25, I expanded my entrepreneurial ventures into real estate, buying and renting properties.

At 34, I took another bold step by opening a restaurant next door to my salon. Running both a successful restaurant and a hair and beauty salon simultaneously was a challenging yet rewarding experience. However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 brought unprecedented changes to the world and my businesses. As an adaptable entrepreneur, I embraced these changes and pivoted my business strategies.

Currently, I run a catering and delivery service. I have also transitioned into the online space as a marketer, sharing my stories and experiences. The pandemic gave me a new perspective, and I sought a business model that allowed me to work remotely, travel, and enjoy more freedom. Now, I work just two to three hours a day on my laptop, which has significantly improved my quality of life.

Transitioning to an online business was initially daunting, but my entrepreneurial spirit and hard work have made it easier to embrace.

One of my goals is to help those in need by providing them with healthy cooked meals. I will be launching a food bank offering ready meals in September 2024, operating two days a week for those in need. Additionally, I will conduct one day weekly cooking workshop for individuals aged 16 to 25, teaching them how to cook healthy meals on a budget free of charge. This initiative aims to help them manage their finances and survive on the money they receive. Feeding people in need has been a long-standing passion of mine, and I have been supplying churches with cooked food for the homeless for years.

My wish is to delegate more to my team so that I can travel to various countries, spend quality time with my family, and take care of myself. Being online will help me achieve these goals and allow me to do the things I have always wanted to do.
